Data Logger Application

Background:
This application is designed as a template for having 1 or more users have a means to collect data on a mobile device and save it to a web service. The objective is to then share this information among multiple users. It will have a chart and graph to display to the user.
We will need a demo firstly. Can the demo have some sample calls to the back end to ensure that communication works?
We will need to establish that early.

The color scheme and look and feel should match the one for the checklist application.
I also did not provide the icons for the buttons. Here are some. The look and feel should be like this attached application. We do not need the numbers.
