I am looking for someone to develop a database driven website for me.  This project will encompass two parts:

1) Design
2) Functionality

In a nutshell this project will be to create a site similar to http://www.AirsoftPacific.com as far as look and functionality goes.  All aspects of the system should be accessible through the users single username/password.  The functionality is listed below:

I thought Joomla might be the best CMS to develop this in, but I am open to other ideas also.  

The requirements include:

-  Forum
          a)  Must by PHPBB3
          b)  Will feed recent posts to the home page

-  Event Calendar
          a)  Will feed new events to the home page
          b)  Uesrs will submit their own events/ details
          c)  All events must be approved before appearing on the home page (same as airsoftpacific.com)

-  Photo album/ Sharing
          a)  Users can easily share photos

-  Business Directory

          a)  Business directory with multiple categories assigned by the administrator
          b)  Ability to create multiple listing types with the following options
             &n bsp;            &nbsp ;       -  Listings that display company name, phone number, email
             &n bsp;            &nbsp ;       -  Listings that display all of the above and also domain name, description.
          c)  Preferably this will also manage the ad’s on the home page

-  Classifieds Section
          a)  Users will be able to post classified ads
          b)  The admin will be able to control the categories for listings

-  Ad Space
          a)  This project will will have a section on the right side that says Sponsors where we can post sponsor images/banners/links.
