I need theme re-design:
adding header and footer like on http://www.webdesignerwall.com .
You don`t need do a whole design, you must just ADD/CHANGE elements of existing design.
You also need add design for blocks like in example (Tutorials, Jobs, Polls, and Tag Cloud).

Delivery should include:
1 PSD file

Please, provide your design in high quality artistic style!
Please, do not bid if you can`t deliver art high-quality work like in example.
Designers WITHOUT art design works in portfolio will be DECLINED.
Budget is 100$ max.
