I would you to provide me with a tool (preferably desktop) tool  - this can either be an existing or a new tool so i am able to update all of my social media accounts at once.

i have a blog, a twitter account and a facebook account.

i would like to type in an update once and for it to appear on all of these platforms above without me having to type them seperately into each account.

i would also like you to provide me details on the possibility of feeding an rss feed into the tool so ....

i feed an rss feed into the tool and then it updates all of my social media account with the contents of this feed automatically.
