We need someone to create a video to be placed on vimeo.com/youtube.com that expresses our company's key benefits. Video will last approximately 2-3 minutes. 

We want this video to be cartoonish, very creative, smart, fun, and witty. The target audience is for educated women, ages 25-35. 

Please specify in your bid whether or not you can also narrate the video. This is not required (but it is a huge bonus if you can).
