I am looking for a cash back website that you already have that is similar to ebates.  Basically I will have affiliate links that customers buy from and earn cash back.  Must have a great front and back end that is very user friendly.

If it is written in joomla, that would be a plus

This fixed price job is for the existing website, then I will create an hourly job for you to to make changes and customize it for me.

The budget is flexible, I am not sure what to put.  The better the existing site, the more I will pay.
