I am looking for someone to build a tool that I can use to gather data about SEO strength.  The tool will query Google for the top 100 results, and then process each SER looking for particular ranking factors. 

I would prefer that the tool be written in Ruby, with a Sinatra or a Rails front end.

The UI doesn't need to be fancy. This is for internal research.
