I have had several programmers build me some software. The software still has some bugs, I need those fixed.

I have 100.000 videos that I need video frames/stills of in JPG. So for example I want the frame at 5 minutes, 10 minutes etc. Then the video frames are uploaded to my FTP server. There is also a lot of communication between my webserver and the software (through HTTP and web). My webserver tells the software through PHP which videos to take screenshots of.

Here's the catch, the video's are Streaming Windows Media Video. So that means you can't download the video files at once, the server streams them. Trust me when I say this complicates matters a lot. The software uses directshow i think and is written in C#. Upon request I can give examples of video files. Source code won't be provided until I pick a programmer.

These are the bugs in the software:
- Bug called buffer timeout
- Problems with videos that have soft DRM (it downloads certificate and you have to accept it when you play the videos in Windows Media player)

You might need to know some PHP/MySQL for this project, but absolutely no expert level for that.
