I would like to request a bid for graphics for a Web Only product package.

For this package we would like something similar to this:

but less quantities in the product...  only 5 CDs & 2 spiral workbooks
 
I would like to have the package picture as a bundle as well as each product item listed individually with title on each (5 CDs & 2 spiral workbooks - 7 graphics) what would the price be?
