I am pricing the developing cost to create an android powered netbook. The current base system I am considering is the NorhTec Edubook (http://www.norhtec.com/products/gecko/index.html) With an internal wifi stick and SD card for the hard drive. I would like to see all of the I/O features working, including the vga output.

I need a retail site to accept and manage orders for accessories and netbooks. I will also require my own app store for users and developers, that supports paypal and manages accounts. With the app store, I need an SDK to assist developers in creating/converting applications that will function on the Android-Netbook system you have created.

Since I have been burned in the past, the winner will be required to purchase their own system for testing... OR we can try to work on this together, once we get something running... maybe the Android Debug Bridge might come in handy.
