We are looking for someone who can develop a CMS for us, we have already done the pages in HTML so that it is "easier" for you to understand the site layout etc.

The CMS has to be windows / asp.net / mssql driven and if possible with ajax modules / image uploading / wysiwyg editor etc.

In your bid, please post sample site + admin access for us to take a look.
