I am looking to hire a PHP contractor (who's first language is English) for a 6 month engagement who has extensive experience in all of the following disciplines:

* SCRUM
* OOP
* SOAP
* Zend Framework
* PHPUnit
* MySQL

In short, I need an extremely talented, fast developer to join our team of senior PHP developers.

We are mid-way through writing a new web application that is written in PHP and makes heavy use of Zend Framework components including Zend_Auth, Zend_Acl, Zend_Config, Zend_Db_*, Zend_Navigation and Zend_Test. We also use PHPUnit and action helpers, view helpers and front controller plugins. We use a model/mapper paradigm and have 100% test-case coverage on our entire codebase.

As a team we meet every day and are following the rules of SCRUM to manage the development team.

This project will last 3-6 months, probably longer.
