I am looking for an experience wordpress developer to join my development team.

My requirement for the developer are:

He/She must be fluent in creating pixel-perfect XHTML/CSS templates from PSDs
Highly experienced with WordPress, with both the back-end admin panel and with front-end theme development.

Must adhere to W3C standards, write clean, valid, and semantic XHTML, and know which CSS will work in which browsers

Includes widgets, custom theme functions, plugin integration, etc.

Advanced knowledge of PHP and jQuery

Must be online vie gtalk, and other messengers

Solid knowledge of user-centric design and SEO best practices.

Good track record of delivering projects on time
