Build a port of FreePBX that will work on Mac OS X Server 10.5.8 and work with Asterisk ~>1.6.2

Document steps required to build the port so that someone else looking to do the same, or maintain later versions can follow it.

Needs to include howto / installation steps, and any dependencies need to be included in the package.

The end port and guide will be made available to the general public.
