We have built a bespoke application for our corporate use for product inventory and would like to add a "software flash" feature to the photos that we are taking.

It should work in a similar way to the iPhone app store - "Camera Flash"

So when we are oppening a photo, a menu with the following options will be displayed:
* No Flash (default view)
* More Flash
* High Flash

We just need the software module that will handle the above image processing task. It has to be developed in a way that will allow us to integrate it into our own Android app.
