We currently have a site that was starting to be developed by a Provider from GAF:

www.BLACKBIKERPLANET.COM (WHICH IS BLACK BIKER NATION)

As you will see, the developers were not truly experienced and the functions and layout are a mess. We cannot use the site as we have it now, but we really like the "theme" of the site as follows:

BIKE background
Silver border sections (but we would like them used differently)
Some of the links

We cannot determine if we will need to start over with this project or if some of the functions can still be useable. This is what we NEED:

1) Logo, Home Page Layout, Inside Page Layout

2) KEEP the biker theme, but reuse the silver sections but use them in a more attractive way. NEW LOGO that fits with this theme

3) Briefly look through www.blackbikerplanet.com and let us know if it would be better to start over or if this site can be reworked.

We really need a VISIONARY -- someone who can see through this mess and develop a really cool social networking site (either new or using these old links). The investor on this project does not want to waste hundreds of dollars again unless we can truly get an ADVANCED, QUALITY PROVIDER at a reasonable price. We are really looking for the right fit on this and do not want to waste our time like in the past. Because we have been burned in the past, we need TRUE SAMPLES of previous work (specifically social networking samples)
