I am looking for help in developing a product review site. The gist of it as follows:
A website that will review products. Allows members who have an account to add reviews. Members must be able to add comments to existing reviews. The sites main purpose is to collect survey information and reviews based on 10 questions(for starters) for each of the products. Also note, the questions should have the ability to add/delete/update by an admin as needed. So it could be 10 questions now, 15 later, etc also note it should have capabilities laid out on many of the survey engines present (surveygizmo, surveymonkey, limesurvey). The survey can be a standalone built in module or could be something that I am willing to get service from like survey monke, surveygizmo, etc., All of the survey results should be available for view by members. Non members should be able to view a potion of the survey results and should not be able to access the full product surveys/reviews. Each of the products should have a very catchy looking report (pie charts, bar graphs - note do not want it to look like Excel - YUCK) for members to view - something like a dashboard with a score out 10 etc. 10 beeing highly commendable product and one being lousy ( I suppose we can use a star system too). The site has to be very professional looking. Do not want too many bells and whistles.

I am looking for someone who has experience, creativity, knows color schemes, and who has solid web development skills. Ideally would prefer use of Drupal, DotNetNuke or some other open source web app to implement but I am OK with MS products if it does the job.
