Need a Company Website for a premier painting and decorating business, with a drupal / joomla CMS ( I need to be able to update it later ). Full graphical design and functionality to make the website up to date and give a "fresh" new 2010 look.

I already have the logo for the website.

You will take care of the design and implementation of the website based around the logo.

images / gallaries need to be included as well as videos.

Drop down top menus needed.

Colour scheme: Black and coloured to suit my logo

SEO optimization and search engine friendly links needed

Google analytics setup

I like the front page of www.orrium.com.au - need some flash content designed and implemented in the website. This is a reference of the standard required.

www.resene.co.nz - my suppliers, I will be referencing some content from their website,
will also need popup pdf books.

Need an open source live chat to main site.

Website must also have a good search facility.

Also need a form for quotations.
