If Wordpress is your passion, you get excited or pumped up when you think about developing Themes and Plugins that seriously ROCK then you're in the right place.

In short we require a new WP theme that is SUPER USABLE (Not like your average theme) especially for the non-tech person. The user should NOT have to know HTML, CSS etc. (some similarities to say 'Thesis Theme', BUT, Should be even better with drag and drop, + settings for fonts, sizes etc, it MUST be flexible in it's architecture.
**We have specs on what we want.

Ideally you'll also be great with 'GUI' stuff and have a good flair for usability in general.

You are probably running Linux or Mac on your own personal computer because you love it and you probably spend way too many hours infront of your computer (join the club!!)

Skills you will possess...

• Ability Develop and Edit SUPER COOL Wordpress Themes/Plugins
• Must be a PHP ninja.
• AJAX / Javascript drag and drop loving.
• Strong CSS/HTML skills are required.
• Must write CLEAN, Optimized, COMMENTED CODE.
• Excellent English communication.
• Must be flexible (not the gymnastic type either! sometimes we need extra hours)

Ideally candidates will be from Eastern Europe (Ukraine, Russia), Europe, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Canada, or USA (but if you're from somewhere else and you think you cut the mustard as this describes you - then contact us). ;)

Please don't cut and paste your standard form letter saying you've reviewed our requirements and know you can do / exceed our requirements without even discussing it with us! Boring!! We're looking for the real deal, not a 'salesman!' who can promise the world but not deliver...(you know what I mean)

Just be honest, if this aint for you that's fine. Move on to the next 'easy' job. But if you are the best of the best and you can add real value to our company, you're not an average developer, you like a challenge and want to be apart of something freekin' awesome then talk to us!
