What I will require of the winning bid is first a project timeline and wireframes of the upcoming site. I would like to know what you will do and how you will do it. I want this project to be dynamic so Database driven. I will manage it myself alone therefore I do not want to have to trip in coding and complications. A complete CMS driven site is what I want.
