Looking to work with a partner in designing websites.

Partner would be responsible for designing the website as well as coding the website using valid xHTML/css/latest technologies.

Partner would be paid within 30 days of sending the coded designs to our team.
Partner would also be responsible for providing web 2.0 designs at a minimum.

This is not a one time job, we will be working closely with the partner on numerous sites.

Please include your average cost for a design coded. Flash would be minimal.
