We are seeking a developer to provide us with a website to integrate our automotive configuration/ordering website.
This project will require an experienced database modeller possessing familiarity with Joomla, Ajax, MySQL, and basic security understanding.

We are looking specifically to design a forms based system to guide a user through the configuration of a new vehicle (not manufacturer specific, but many different vendors), by populating a seet of forms with information based on the users choices. Specifically, if a user selects a manufacturer, models from that manufacturer become available. Upon picking a model, additional parameters become available based on their previous choices, and what is available within that subset for options.
Administrators should be able to enter changes into the database with a simple form, and user information must be captured during the configuration process to link orders to customers.

Additional projects available in the future to successful candidates to integrate with this component.
Technologies can be discussed, however linux and open source DB are a pre-requesit.

Graphics are not important, but the system should be efficient in it's data storage, and the data should be stored in such a way as to be accessable by another applications in the future (not tied to the code).
