This site was built on a template using joomla. I need a custom built front end preferably using PHP. Here are the requirements:

>Needs to be able to have images uploaded on it.

>Images need to be able to be easily moved to social websites from users.

>Needs to host live webcam feeds.

>Requires small features like being able to "post specials" and "events" next to each specific webcam.

>Clone a store front (possibly on shopify.com ) to look exactly like the website.
