I need a clone of worldtv where people can create custom channels and be able to make a playlist and be able to set what time they would like there videos to play up to 1 week. I dont want flash just php and javascript.


Also the live stream function I do not want I just want a playlist type where they can drag and drop videos in a playlist for the day selected and thats it.

So I would need a worldtv.com clone just without the live streaming.
