I need following skills to redesign 2 websites.
--Website design (2 home pages and 3 to 4 inner pages )
--PSD to HTML/CSS
--Logo and Flash (one animation)

I need first mockup of both sites (in PSD/Image form) in next 12 hours so bid if you can start right now.

If first mockup will be approved then we proceed for HTML/CSS otherwise it would need changes (2 reviews at the max).

Kindly let me know your cost estimation. This is my first project at Freelancer.com so i would prefer a person for long term relationship. I need a designer to work on 4 to 5 projects in one month. So this first time good design and low cost will lead to a permanent agreement.
