We are looking for a team of programmers and designers that are capable of building an online reverse auction site similar to www.dubli.com , along with extensive ajax use equivilent to that on facebook, and along with a very easy to use and excellent looking site design with css equivilent to digg.com . The site should be build on PHP & MySQL along with an administrative backend to control pretty much everything on the front end.

We would like to first see if you are capable of doing this, we will need to see examples of previous work. We have a budget of $20,000 with this project so it will be very complex.
