On the site there must be a loginforum, so that we can controlle who visit the site, anyone can register, but we need to approve a new member(have to get access to "upload" members via xls/txt file), before they can use the site. Also there must be control so that the year a member turn 41 years old, their account will be disabled, and we have to manually activate it again for a period of one year at a time.

The site is for rating of different services, we need (from start), 2 categories...

Under each category the editors of the site can register providers. The members can now use the providers, and after they have used them, upload pictures and rate the service – they need to do that within 14 days after they have used the service, unless their profile will be disabled.

The users contact the providers through the website, and all correspondance go through that. If a deal is made, the supplier and user accepts it.

The providers will be shown after how good their rating is. But the admin/editor can overrule it.

There must be a function to suggest new suppliers.

If it can be made iPhone friendly it could be nice.
