I'm looking to create iPhone & Android application for small search classifieds website.

The application should allow users to log in, search our database, view, reply to ads and post new ads.

Bidder should consider quality and time as main element of this project so no complaining and halfway done work.

The winning bidder should be good communicator, on time, never fail with promises and most importantly always reachable.

A complete test including debugging should be run before delivery.
