Wanting to create a Penny Auction Site, looking for a company that has EXPERIENCE in designing this kind of software & the site, and that has resolved many of the associated issues. Not interested in the "Swoopo" look, something similar to bidcactus.com with the same functionality and ease of use on both ends.


It would be mandatory to have the exclusive rights to be able to change layouts and graphics, add descriptions & photos, ect.


Shopping must be secure with various credit cards accepted. Hosting may be an option.


Website must be complete and tested, free from any infringements with myself as 100% ownership, code included. Other requirements needed.
