I am looking for someone to make a property management website as per the following specs:



1) Logo and Homepage Design
2) Html of Homepage
3) Navigation with 5 main pages (subpages to be created by website administrator)
4) CMS to Add/Edit/Delete Unlimited Pages and to Add/Edit/Delete Page contents.
5) Website loading to a server and database

All content will be loased though the CMS so no content placement will be needed.
