We are managing an online calendar service hosted on our servers for our customers.


We need a mobile (iPhone / iPad / Android) calendar App that will have the following features and will be able to synchronize with our online calendar server (using our APIs) :


Appointments features :
------------------------

Our calendar is used by professionnals so it has to be easy to use and well designed (we'll give you some design guidelines and UI examples).

- Monthly and Daily views (same as TapCal calendar App for example) showing the recorded appointments (Time, Title, Color, Details of the appointment)

- Week view (for iPad only if possible, if not, there will not be any Week view)

- Add, Modify (move) and Delete appointments



Contacts features :
------------------------

There's a basic contact database, each appointment can be associated with a contact (or not).

- Contact basic manager (firstname, lastname, phone number, mobile phone number, email address, professional ID)

- Add, Modify and Delete contacts



Messages features :
------------------------

Our online calendar has his own internal messages system between users, we'll need the mobile app to manage :

- Messages view, shows received and sent messages

- Send new message, Delete message



Synchronisation with our online calendar :
------------------------

We have existing APIs that you will use to synchronize this new mobile app with our online calendar system.

- Synchronization of Appointments, Contacts and Messages

- Managing conflicts (an appointment modified by 2 users at the same time, already existing contacts)



Extra features :
------------------------

- A "Real time" view, showing all the actions made on the application (appointments creation, appointment modification, sent messages (displayed by creation date)

- Preferences (to setup a few user's display preferences)

- Account management (to setup the synchronization with an existing account on our servers)

- Splash screen. Will let the user choose between Standalone version or Synchronized version (user will need an online account to synchronize))

This mobile app has to be developped for various platforms (iPhone OS, Android, Blackberry, WebOS), for this to be done we are looking for someone able to do it with the Rhomobile or Quickconnect frameworks.


Please, bid only if you have a strong experience in iPhone and Android devs.


If you think the specified budget is too low (i had to choose something but i'm not sure), please tell me so.
