Need a professional website built to host and deliver streaming video content to paying members.
The website needs to deliver content exactly like Lynda.com. I want users to see the different packages, click on a few free sample videos, but must sign up for a membership to watch them all.
So, I need a hosting plan to be recommended with streaming capabilities. Content cannot be downloadable and streaming so a specific file cannot be located.

Need a flexible, built-in payment site (Paypal or something similar) and shopping cart for other services I offer. Needs to be extremely flexible. I need to have the ability to quickly offer different pricing for different memberships (6 months, 1 year, unlimited, etc. access) to the streaming videos.
Videos will be in the following formats: live feed, MOV files, and Flash files.
Need a flexible way to upload videos to the site. Everything needs to be CMS driven on an easy to mange system (like Joomla).

Would like typical website features...forums, rating, reviews (and the ability to post my own), a blog, etc.

I need full reporting abilities (keeps track of all payments, everything the members do, basically all analytics possible on the site).

Website needs to look professional. Front page should be similar to SolidProfessor.com.
Project will progress as described below:

1. Winning bidder will design and host a rough site that functions properly (member signup, ability for me to edit remotely, has a variety of videos that can be viewed like Lynda.com, and a place that after I ‘pay’ the remaining video packages ‘paid for’ are revealed. I will provide a list of changes that need to be implemented. When complete, I will pay 25% of the bid.

2. After changes are made all files should be sent to me to upload on my hosting site (a plan/company you recommend). I will implement the site and may provide another list of minor changes/updates. When complete, I will pay the next 25% of the bid

3. After 7 days from the part 2, I will have a few people sign up and use the site. They will provide feedback to me and I will have another list of small changes/revisions. These will be sent to me to upload on my hosting site

4. After 7 days from the part 3, I will disperse the remaining 50% of the project.

I need the site developed (part 1) by July 17. Entire project needs to be complete by August 1 at the latest.
