I require a SMS modulo that can comunicate with Vodacom API.

The concept is to Use a Joomla website with a SMS interface to communicate the Vodacom.
We pretend do create an webticket system using all of joomla functionality, so i require someone to create and integrate the SMS module in Joomla.
Please check for WASP and VASP technology and how to integrate with Joomla.
