I need a marketing system website that will allow my MLM distributors own individual back offices with 5 different replicated lead capture pages, auto responders, task list features, a contact management system and finally a training room.

Here is a perfect example prosperitycentral.com but it does not have to be as complex as this, just functional.

Please note that past experience is a requirement for this project and evidence of similar job completion is a key.

Content Management should be WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor for purposes of updating the site.

Website Management should also be simple, no complex programming i.e. I need to be able to update the website design with the click of a button. Manage menus, add/edit pages, drag-n-drop content, upload images, documents etc.
