This website is about creating and viewing Rest In Peace (R.I.P) memorial pages. For a reference website someone can see gonetoosoon.org but our scope is very very simple as compared to gonetoosoon.org.

User can create a RIP memorial page for a person/incident and then other users may leave gifts, lit candles, add comments etc to that RIP page.

The designer must be creative, because I do not have much in my mind from design point of view but the design must be attractive, simple, lively, relevant to the concept and user-friendly.
The web site generally contains a few pages. e.g. Home page may show the Special RIP memorial slide bar. Also a few Featured RIPs, Recently Given gifts and Recently Candles lit RIP memorial will be displayed on the home page. Another important page is RIP memorial page itself. The page should display a photo of the expired person and also some details about it (e.g. a title, name, details, birthdate, expiredate etc) that had been entered by the page creator. There should be possibility of adding comments, leaving gifts after choosing from categories and lit candles.
The other pages are mostly common pages eg About us, Contact Us, terms & conditions etc.

With regards to HTML, I prefer divs instead of tables but its not an obligation.

Please note that I only need design not programming part of the website. That means, you need to deliver HTML/CSS/Javascript/images etc whatever is applicable.
