I'm looking for a few custom cartoon drawings and a logo.

Some background:
I've been doing web development for a while but am useless when it comes to the artwork side of things. For the last while I've been working off my personal site and am in the process of putting together a consulting company. The site I'm creating is going to be a customization of a template I bought, which you can see here: http://dev.zeccio.com I want to replace the cartoon that is there with something that is fun, but a little more professional looking.

Additionally, I want to use similar cartoons on my business cards - similar to the cards that Freshbooks uses: http://www.freshbooks.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/sxsw-business-cards-300x300.png (I especially like the guy handing a card on the business card). I'd like the style to be similar to that for both the image and the business cards.

For the logo, I would like it to say "Zeccio", "Zeccio.com" or "Zeccio Consulting" - I'm open to any of them, and am wanting to put a few together that I can use for cards, letterhead, website, etc.

I always like to leave the creativity in the hands of those more creative than myself, so I'll provide whatever information you need but I won't tie you down in requirements.

Please provide a quote for the following packages:

- cartoon sketch with person in 3-4 different positions (similar to how Freshbooks has them handing card, sitting at desk and jumping.
- another 3-4 sketches, but with a different person
- Logo as described above
