We are creating a multi-lingual (Chinese and English) online store and website for a cosmetics company in Asia.

We are equipped and ready to design, develop, and implement this site in either Joomla or Wordpress, but need someone who can help us with our 2 major hurdles:

1) we need someone to help us create a payment gateway that works with AliPay. So far we are only hooked up to Paypal. We will be using either E-Cart for Wordpress or Virtuemart for Joomla

2) we need someone to help us envision a system that will allow us to have all the products, blog posts, etc in English, and both Chinese simplified and chinese traditional. We will have duplicate content for each item in both languages, but are unsure of the best way to make this all work. This part of our project is a need for a consultant to suggest the best way to do this, and also some potential work to set something up if we like your suggestion.

This is our first time creating a site for the Asian E-commerce market. We have developed E-commerce sites for North America, but definitely have a few things we'll need help with here.
