I need someone to configure this template according to specs:

1. Youtube video gallery in the right sidebar. Maintain "popular" and "latest" videos

2. A few paypal buttons to purchase digital products (pdfs in this case)

3. Showcase products in a cool way (ebook + training course)

4. add the testimonials module for scrolling testimonials (with teaser image if possible) - like this: http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#templates.joomlart.com/ja_ores

5. Organize/format content and modules accordingly
