Currently using a Joomla default themed website.

I am now looking to update the site or add a template that makes the site look professional and High quality. It should be of high enough quality so that I can offer web design services to my customers.

The updated site doesn't have to be joomla, but it may be easier for you as it already is.

All pages/urls should be seo friendly. Currently my site is 1st on google for my area in the UK for the related search terms.
There should be room for affiliate marketing such as Dell adverts.
I should be able to edit the content easily and add more articles.
I should be able to upgrade the site to new versions easily.
The site should impress people and draw them in to use our services.
There should be no external links.
The site should contain royalty free images or your own pictures.
I don't have a logo, but the name of the company is <"city name" PC Repair>.. so i'm not sure if i need one.


Extra things which arne't important, but would be advantageous (state if you can do this):
Connect to my google calender and allow users to see when i am available, and if possible, can book an appointment via the website which will update my google calender (if they register).
Flash banner would be good.
Proof reading the current content and fixing bad grammer and spelling, and generally making it sound more professional.
I have another site that does have a logo and is related to computer technology services, if possible i would like the new website which you be producing onto this domain too, except using a logo i already have. State if you can include this in the project.. or we can leave this for another time.
