I am looking for a clone of a Flash application that lets our users make phone calls to specific numbers.

The application should only let those people make phone calls who have sufficient balance in their account. The script should accept master card as well as paypal.

I saw a very good example of this application here: http://www.kail.pk/

I would also like a 'call limit' (about 3 minutes) on each call like on the above website.

Please quote a price for the flash application as well as the payment gateway.
