I am looking for an experience Iphone/Ipad developer to develope an app. The app will

Document exams done
Keep track of exams done by selecting the date performed, time of day, Facility name,Mandatory/Elective, verified by signing ones initials.
The app will keep track of exams ( show all the exams completed and not competed)
Be able to store this information for future use and email to recipient
Need to be compatibe with all Iphones and apple's guidelines.
