I'm looking for a designer to create a blog style website for my company.

In short, the company sponsors, produces, and hosts viral Flash animations aimed at teenagers and young adults. The website needs to be similar to a blog in that I can make post to and get response from my users. Each post will need to have a video, film credits, sharing capabilities (Twitter, Facebook, Stumble, Digg, Tumblr), optional text, and the ability to be "rated" out of 5. I also need a feature that can search by keywords, tags, and film credits.

One of the more important aspects of the website is to attract possible artists to sponsor. There needs to be an informative page and a way for artists to submit their animations for sponsorship.

I also need space for advertisements, a section that displays recent twitter feeds, and I would like to use Joomla as the CMS.

Of course, I need a design that is fun and looks really great. I already have a logo that I would like to use, but how it's incorporated in the website is entirely up to the designer.
