• I need a member driven website that allows basic member to sign up for free. The free members will be able to do the following
o Read articles
o Search local advertising offers based on a zip code they put in.
o The member can also create a profile along with picture or avatar “cb builder” should do just fine with this.
• I would also like advertisers to sign up and buy text and banner ads on my site. I want to be able to deny or accept the ads before they are published, but I want the advertiser to be able to upload there html, or flash banners a maximum of 10 banners. I would like the following functionality for banners and text links.
o Advertisers can purchase clicks
o Advertisers can purchase Impressions
• I also need to be able to offer advertisers a spot on my site that is customizable by me. I need to be able to add offers like in a billboard. The page needs to have four offers that I can upload and take down. I need to have the page searchable by zip code so people in san diego for instance can search by industry (drop down menum) zip code (search field).
• I want to limit the site so that each zip code will only allow four businesses of one business type to be sold. I want to be able to upload the following information for each one of the advertisers on each page.
o A picture with 200px X 200px
o A 120 character description of the business
o A coupon 100px x 100px
• To clarify it is going to be based on zip code and not city. However I do want the searcher to be able to search by state,county,city,zip code.
