iPhone to Android:

I have an iPhone app that consists of simple words, phrases and questions.
There are a total of approximately 4000 words, in 4-6 windows.
I have the text strings that should reside on my remote server so I can update them without re-building and re-submitting.
This also allows for translating/localizing.
I have all the necessary artwork and screen shots.

The app is in review and I will have it available in a week. Meanwhile, NDAs can get us started.
