Looking to have an app designed that would allow a user to:

-Post a classified type ad
-Location Based
-Be contacted by other users
- Select categories for listings
- integrates ads

I can explain in more detail to a app developer that has successfully published apps on itunes. I know most apps like CraigsPro just search/display/upload to craigslist. I need to be able to search/post to my own site. Would need to be an app that can be used on other platforms also.
