We need to produce a mobile app game trivia console. We need the app to be able to access our database of questions and deliver the questions to the app daily. We need a scoring system to reward players with points and have notifications of virtual prizes. We also needed a community board access to be attached to the app. Graphics have to be updated from the back end so we need to have server side experience as well. We would need to have the questions for the trivia updated from a backend database and provide a comparison of multiple users with log in. its like a Jeopardy game.

With that in mind please let me know your requirements to produce the app. Costs timeframe and also flexibility in taking directions.
