We have an existing Joomla real estate website with a customized Joomla Real Estate Agency component (JEA). We added an import option that allows the client to upload CSV spreadsheets of tenant data, that in turn populates the website. The spreadsheets are generated automatically by the client's on-site management software. Our task list is:

1. Migrate the existing site, from a LAMP environment, to a windows virtual dedicated server running PHP/mySQL.

2. Automate the importation of the tenant data, using Scheduled Tasks. The exportation will already be automated and the CSV files will be in the same hosting environment. Account for the fact that the client plans on altering the CSV format, so you might need to account for some new fields/field names.

You will work closely with one of our developers, so we are looking for someone who can work with an existing team. You will find us very supportive and knowledgeable. No wasted time with indecisiveness, unclear specs, etc. We know what we want, how we want it done, and how to do it. We just need someone else to help with the work load.
