I need an pad creator made. As an exe file.

The pad creator should be made so software can be submitted into popular software sites.

To create the pad file the 1st step should to ask if the program is an exe file. If not, it should have the capabilities of changing html, PDF or Microsoft Office Excel to exe.

The software should have options to place or logo in the software.


I have included another example of a pad creator, we require similar, but different.

If a step to upload the pad file to web server of choice, that would be great (and produce the full URL upon completion)

If you can suggest some extra features that would make this work better it would be help you win the bid.

The idea is to create html Excell files and turn them into EXE to A) get more traffic and back links and B) More sales
