I'm creating a fitness blog that I want to run with wordpress. I need a clean and professional looking customized theme, along the lines of sites such as kickbacklife.com , ptpower.com , and exercisesforinjuries.com .

I need you to be capable of designing an opt-in box and possibly a pop-over opt-in as well. It would be preferable if you are available for additional work in the future (after the initial design) for maintenance and update work also. I also need you to be flexible and responsive in regards to making changes to the initial design (if any are necessary) until we reach what I'm looking for.

If you are capable of graphic design or have someone in-house who can do that as well, that would be a huge plus.

I will be making my decision on who to go with for this project within the next 10 days, so the winning designer can expect to hear from me by August 29, at the latest, to confirm this project.
