Looking for a team to create a new PennyAuction site. This site will be based on the Quibids model with the ability to add new features as we grow. We are looking to have this done in .net not PHP. Access to our servers will be granted to create/test the site. Also we have our own in house programer and graphics persons to help with the site layout and design.
